Tonight in New York City, we're throwing down . It's the fourth Tuesday, and that means we head to Lit , spin the hot tunes, and make the people dance. Tonight's line-up features two bands earlier in the evening, and the special guest DJ Justin Carter from NuBlu . Justin's a good pal, and can rock a party like few others.
